Charm's Beauty Co was created with the aspiration to achieve and share high quality beauty. Our service currently includes high quality Lash Extensions - Classic & Volume, Lash Lifts and Microblading. All services are performed by Certified Lash and Brow Artist Carmen Liang, Founder of Charm's Beauty Co. Each session includes mandatory consultation services for better understanding of your lashes and brows for best results. Our goal is to work together with our clients to obtain healthy and beautiful physiques. All sales are final.

Carmen is also a member of The National Association of Lash Artists where she is recognized as an Accredited Lash Artist. She values the lash industry and believes in practicing safe and professional lash application to her clients. 

Carmen has been certified and lashing since 2017 and have since obtained additional certifications in volume lashing, lash lift, and microblading. She believes in continued education to best optimize her technique and knowledge of the semi-permanent makeup industry. 

She will be adding 3 more certifications in 2019 to advance her lash technique. That being said, she will also begin to offer certified training for beginner Classic and Volume Lash Extension courses. Stay tuned for details.
