What are lash extensions?

Lash extensions are individually applied silk or mink lashes. They are made to elongate the natural lashes to create an illusion of longer and fuller lashes. Each lash is applied individually on one natural lash.

Who can get lash extensions?

Extensions can be applied as long as you have healthy natural lashes. If you have a history of allergic reactions from lash extensions, it is not recommended that you get lash extensions. If you have any sensitivities with your eyes, please let your lash tech know during consultation so that we can proceed correctly.

What are the different types of lash extensions?

Classic, Hybrid & Volume. Classic technique is a 1:1 lash application. Volume technique is where 2-5 lash fans are applied to one natural lash. Hybrid is a mixture of Classic & Volume.

What if I don't know if I am allergy/sensitve to lash extensions?

Please let your lash tech know and she will preform a patch test for you. Should you react, please see a doctor immediately.

How long does the service take? What if I fall asleep?

Service generally takes 1 - 2.5 hours depending on service type. We take our time in applying your lashes and each set is created custom to each client. We encourage our clients to take advantage of our free lash naps with every appointment!

Can I wear makeup?

Yes! You can still wear makeup whether you have lash extensions or lash lifted. However it is best to avoid waterproof make up as it may be difficult to remove. Please ensure you clean of all make up and leave no residue as this may cause batteria build up and damage your eyes. Make sure to use an oil-free remover to avoid breaking the adhesive.

What do I need to avoid when I have lash extensions on?

Avoid oil based products around your eyes as this will loosen the adhesive bond and cause your extensions to fall off sooner. It is also recommended to avoild heat/high temperatures around the face area as this may melt the lashes. Salt water may also result in loosening of the lash retention such as from sweat or sea water. Also avoid rubbing your eyes as this will tug your extensions and cause damage to your hair follicles.

Can I still wear mascara if I have lash extensions or lifted lashes?

You won't need to! However, you may choose to wear an extensions friendly mascara should you wish -- avoid waterproof! Lift lashes you could still wear mascara is you wish to add length, however please avoid waterproof mascara.

How long do lash extensions last?

It is recommended to get a refill every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full lash look. However, lash retention can be up to 6-8 weeks, depending on client aftercare, lifestyle, and/or growth of your natural lashes.

How do I take care of my lash extensions?

Daily lash cleansing is highly recommended -- available for purchase. Lashes should be cleansed daily and ensure all makeup and debris are cleared from surface. Lashes should be brushed at least twice daily or when necessary (but do not over brush). Make sure your cleanse your lashes to rid any residual makeup or debris to avoid bacteria buildup.

How do I know what kind of look I want?

Each full set includes free consulation with our lash tech. Our lash tech will professionally address and advise what is the best suitable lash procedure accustomed to each client.

How do I get my lash extensions removed?

Book an appointment with your lash tech for Lash Removal. Do not attempt to remove them yourselfs as you may damage your natural lashes. Lash tech will use a professional lash remover and gently remove your lashes.

What is a lash lift?

Lash lifts are revamped from the traditional lash perms but without the heat. Lash lifts last from 6-8 weeks depending on the growth of the natural lashes and differs between clients. Lash lifts are recommended for clients that do not want the full look of lash extensions but are looking for an extra perk to their lashes.

Can I still curl my lashes if I have my lashes lifted?

No! It is recommended to not curl your lashes if they have been lifted as this would damage your lashes. You may use a heated lash curler as an alternative if necessary.

What is a lash tint?

Last tint is a temporary colouring to your lashes, sort of like hair dye. Lash tint is recommended for client with lighter lash hairs such as blonde or white. The tint gives an illusion that you are already wearing mascara.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Just bring yourself! However, we do request that our clients remove and clean off all eye make-up prior to your appointment. It is important for the eye area to be clean for better lash application and to avoid infections.

What is semi-permanent make-up tattoo?

Procedures like Microblading / Microshading are considered semi-permanent make-up tattoos. These procedures are not as long lasting as permanent tattoos as they do not penetrate deep into the fatty layers of our skin as permanent tattoos do. Semi-permanent tattoos fade over time the results vary between clients. Touch-ups are required to maintain the fresh look for semi-permanent tattoos every 1-3 years.

What is Microblading?

Microblading is a form of semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo. Microblading is tiny hair like strokes that are manually drawn onto the skin to create the effect of natural brow hairs.

What is Microshading?

Microshading is a form of semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo with a powder effect. Also known as powder brows.

What is Combination brow?

Combination brows are a mixture of both microblading and shading techniques.

How do I know if semi-permanent eyebrow embroidery is right for me?

Results may vary between clients depending on the nature of your skin. Pigment may not hold on those with oily skin. Not recommended for acne prone skin or for those using acutane/rectinol. Please contact for consultation.

How long does microblading/shading last?

Results vary between clients based on skin type and lifestyle. In general, the microblading/shading tattoo will fade between 1-3 years. Annual touch ups are recommended to refresh the look.

When can you get a touch up?

First touch up (post-op touch-up) would be on average 8 weeks following initial procedure. This ensures that the brows have had enough time to fully heal. Annual touch ups would then be scheduled a year after your post-op touch up to refresh the tattoo. (recommended)

What do I need to know before my procedure?

Results vary between clients -- that is very important. Each client is different so be sure to ask questions before undergoing the procedure. Feel free to contact us at any time and we would be more than happy to answer your questions for you.

When is the best time to schedule my microblading/shading appointment?

For ladies, it is best to schedule your appointment to avoid the week of your menstrual period as the hormones will cause discomfort during the procedure. You must also not be pregnant or nursing.

What do I need to avoid BEFORE the procedure?

You must not be taking any blood-thinning drugs or consume alcohol at least 24hrs prior to the procedure. Please also avoid caffeine.

What do I need to avoid AFTER the procedure?

Sun and sweat. This may cause irritation to your brows and may cause you to itch, which will affect the healing process.

How long does it take to heal?

On average about 6-8 weeks. It is much like a regular tattoo.

Is the process painful? How long does it take?

A topical asthetic is used on numb the area being operated. However, there may still be some discomfort during the procedure. The whole process takies between 3-4 hrs, with 1hr allotted for the numbing cream to active.
