Booking Policy: 

All Full-Lash Sets and Microblading bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking deposit sent via EMT to hello@charmsbeautyco.com at time of booking. Appointment will be finalized once deposit received. Deposit will be deducted from total service charges at end of appointment.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Service will be provided up until the allotted time of your scheduled session.. No additional time will be added for late arrivals. Please book accordingly. 

Late arrivals for 15 mins or more past scheduled appointment time will result as cancellation.

For cancellation/rescheduling, please contact at least 48 hours in advanced. If cancellation is within less than 24 hours of appointment, client will be charged for booking deposit. Additional booking deposit may be required to reschedule appointment.
